The exterior of the glass is frosted. The back of the tile is sealed so you do not see through the tile itself. It is a beautiful tile that is suitable for pools and spas, bathrooms, floors, walls as well as backsplashes, fireplace surrounds, building exteriors. ..just anywhere you can dream of putting it! It can be blended with any 2'' tile in our collection. Bijou 2'' Frosted glass is a hand cut float glass. It is then hand painted with china colorant on the back of the glass, which is then kiln fired. This gives this glass tile an exterior and interior surface rating. Kiln firing gives the glass tile edges a softly slumped and rounded edge.
