1. Damaged car windshields are sorted by hue. They are then smashed into mountains of broken glass.

2. The mountains of glass shards are pulverized into glass powder.

3. The glass powder is formed into mosaic tile shapes and through a re-firing process, being remade into hundreds of colors and arrays of gorgeous glass mosaic tile.
